All prices and shipping fees are in US dollars (USD), except for orders that will be shipped to Singapore.
Do note that the currency and prices displayed would be in USD until you change the country in your Shipping Address to Singapore at the Checkout page.
Returning Singapore customers who are logged into their accounts will see prices in S$ (displayed as $) unless delivery destination is changed to a country other than Singapore.

qìsane ships out of the US, Singapore and Hong Kong

For deliveries to Singapore
Orders of S$80 or more will be delivered to you free of charge.
Orders under S$80 will be subject to a flat shipping fee of S$8.
This applies no matter where you are ordering from, or which country your billing address is – as long as you have selected “Ship to a different address” and set your shipping address to Singapore.
Your tisanes will reach you within 5 business days.
Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we unfortunately can’t reroute packages.
And please note that standard shipping does not include insurance.

For deliveries to US & Asia (excluding Singapore)
Orders of US$100 or more will be delivered to you free of charge.
Orders under US$100 will be subject to standard shipping rates.
Your tisanes will reach you within 5 business days.
Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we unfortunately can’t reroute packages.
And please note that standard shipping does not include insurance.

For deliveries to the rest of the world
We offer flat courier rates for our international customers.
Orders of US$200 or more – flat rate of US$25
Orders under US$200 – flat rate of US$35
Delivery times vary from country to country, but your package should reach you within 10 business days.
Please do double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we unfortunately can’t reroute packages.
Also, bear in mind customs and import duties may be applied in your country. We ask you to be responsible for those.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your tisanes.
Unfortunately, for food safety reasons, we can’t accept returns as standard. However, we will consider refunds or exchanges on
a case-by-case basis, should the tisanes you receive be spoilt or the packaging tampered with.
To request a refund or exchange, please email us with the details at [email protected].
We aim to respond to and resolve your return/exchange requests within 3 working days. However, it may take longer for a new product to reach you, depending on where you are in the world.
