We want you to be happy with your tisanes.

Unfortunately, for food safety reasons, we can’t accept returns as standard.

However, we will consider refunds or exchanges on a case-by-case basis, should the tisanes you receive be spoilt or the packaging tampered with.

We aim to respond to and resolve your return/exchange requests within 3 working days. However, it may take longer for a new product to reach you, depending on where you are in the world.
