We want you to be happy with your tisanes.
Unfortunately, for food safety reasons, we can’t accept returns as standard. However, we will consider refunds or exchanges on a case-by-case basis, should the tisanes you receive be spoilt or the packaging tampered with.

We aim to respond to and resolve your return/exchange requests within 3 working days. However, it may take longer for a new product to reach you, depending on where you are in the world.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
For deliveries to US & Asia (excluding Singapore):
Your package should reach you within 5 business days.

And please note that standard shipping does not include insurance.
For deliveries to the rest of the world:
Delivery times vary from country to country, but your package should reach you within 10 business days.
